The first year I lost 53 pounds. I am proud of myself and know that without the band I would of been heavier then when I began this journey.


At the begining I lost very fast and now I average about a pound a week. I am okay with this. This is how the band is suppose to work. I am going to the gym 3 times a week and it feels great.
